This app was good when I first got it now they just keep removing the stores that I go to often. This app is close to being uninstalled from my device. Go and get the Fetch app. That's a good app.
I had money pending but not available for months. I Contacted customer service and my pending receipts disappeared. I now have more pending but it never becomes available to cash out.
Need more businesses to choose from. Tried to use the app out of this area and none of the usual chains were listed.
Vendor takes forever to pay. The BBB has been called on them several times to solve issues. Still hearing other organizations having the same issues about not getting payments.
Poor choice of vendors, app crashes and data gets lost, organization takes a very long time to pay.
Tried to contact customer service several times since March through email about my pending balance. One response about them updating but nothing since and my balance is still pending. Very disappointing. Might be time to delete the app. Great idea but terrible app.
This app had bugs for quite a while but I put up with it until the newest update. Suddenly, of the few stores in my area that could be used in this app, all of them stopped working. I do not do a lot of online shopping through my phone and none through the stores they have listed, so it is completely useless to me now. I'm just hoping they will release to me the little money I was able to earn through it.
Not sure whats going on, but no deposits after Jan 7th when 2 posted? And now I can't upload reciepts because there are no stores available to search. 🤷♀️ was great when it worked. Very helpful for my homeschool.
It was more user friendly before. Don't like to use it now.
